TERMS & ORDERING

1. Minimum Order Value

The minimum order value for new/first time wholesale customers is £150. For returning customers, the minimum is £50. 

2. MSRP

Products purchased from Don't Sweat it Betty shall only be sold at the manufacturer's suggested retail price (MSRP). In the event the wholesale customer chooses to place products for sale at a discount, please do not discount the product more than 15% below MSRP. Permission for special sale events beyond 15% can be requested and will typically be allowed on a semiannual basis. 

3. Wholesale pricing 

Our wholesale catalog details the wholesale price and RRP in section 9. Prices are subject to change without notice. Please contact to discuss working together and for a copy of the catalog. We reserve the right to refuse an order if necessary. 

4. Shipping

Shipping is not included in the cost of goods. A standard shipping charge of £7.70 is added to the order total. We use tracked courier services to ensure your purchase arrives promptly and we have the appropriate insurances to cover the journey to you. For orders over £500, we will cover the shipping cost. 

5. Production

We are a small, independent business and design, source and create almost all of our products in South Wales. That said, a handful of our products are manufactured outside of the UK and will incur slightly longer production and delivery times compared to our domestically-made items. We will give you an ETA on production and delivery when you place your order, but this will typically by 7-10 working days.

6. Returns

You have 14 days once you received your order to initiate a full refund on standard items (see list above). However, once this period has passed we will initiate a processing fee for all returns. This is in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. 

This processing fee is 50% of the original order total - this will be deducted from your total refund. The item(s) must be returned in their original condition and in their original packaging. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning items, unless they are faulty. A refund will only be processed once the returned item has been received and its condition verified.

7.Damaged and Faulty

Please inspect all shipments upon arrival. If your order is damaged or faulty upon arrival, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it, with images of the faulty item / damaged packaging. If the fault is verified (which might require you to send the item back to us at initial cost to you), we will replace the item within 10 working days at no additional cost to you. We do not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or through normal wear and tear.  Delivery damage is also not covered unless the package is clearly signed for as 'damaged' at the point of acceptance.  

8. Delivery Window

Please allow at least 3 working days from dispatch notice. You will receive a dispatch notification and tracking information from the courier. 

9. International Orders

We don't currently offer international shipping for wholesale orders.
