What size should I buy?
There is a product-specific size guide on every page. We advise that you check the size guide for each product carefully before purchasing. For tips & guidance on selecting the correct size, please see the Hits & Tips page.
When will my order be delivered?
At the moment, most made-to-order items will take 7-9 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) to be created and dispatched after the order is placed.
Don't Sweat it Betty is a small, independent, family business who embroider, print and hand finish most products from our home in South Wales. We aim to dispatch items much quicker than this but we want to be transparent about realistic delivery timescales.
Delivery takes a further 2-4 business days, depending on the delivery method you select. You will receive an e-mail after dispatch with more information about the delivery, including tracking information.
Can I exchange my product?
Orders can be exchanged within 14 days of receiving the parcel, providing they are in original resalable condition. For more information, please see our Returns page.

What can I do if my item (or part of it) is damaged or incorrect?
If your order is damaged or faulty upon arrival, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it (using the email address above) with images of the faulty item / damaged packaging.
If the fault is verified (which might require you to send the item back to us at initial cost to you), we will replace the item within 10 working days at no additional cost to you.
We do not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or through normal wear and tear. Delivery damage is also not covered unless the package is clearly signed for as 'damaged' at the point of acceptance.
